First drawing of Kiu in a long time. I had to get used to drawing cats in this style.
Prismacolor markers, Micron pen, acrylic paints and metallic gold pen on thick printer paper.
[Edit] - I really do appreciate all the favorites on this piece, BUT... I appreciate comments more. I worked extremely hard on this one, especially the background. I did my best to make it look more artsy and original than just another cutesy cat drawing. I'd love it if people can find more to say about it other than "cute". "Cute" comments are one reason I've moved away from my old style.
I truly respect those who can look past cuteness and acknowledge deeper qualities.
